Safé is a vitamin C filtered shower head made for the water in Lebanese homes. Before it reaches you, your water has sat in a rooftop tank or ridden in a delivery truck and travelled through old pipes. Safé catches what that journey leaves behind.

Inside the handle sits a three-layer cartridge. A 1-micron sediment cotton catches sand and rust. A vitamin C gel neutralises chlorine on contact. A scent gel adds the scent you choose, from five: Rose, Peach, Lavender, Centella or Sakura.

It fits standard shower hoses and installs in two minutes, no tools. When the cartridge is due, keep the head and change the cartridge. Your next refill is one message away.

Good to know

Safé does not soften hard water or remove limescale minerals. It filters chlorine, rust and sediment, and adds a scent you choose. The vitamin C and scent gels dissolve gradually as you shower, which is why the cartridge needs changing. Cartridge life depends on your water and how often you shower; a cartridge that darkens with use is normal.

How long does installation take?

About two minutes, no tools. Scan the QR code on the instruction card for the installation video.

How often do I change the cartridge?

Every 2-3 months. Busy households or water with a lot of sediment may need it sooner.

My cartridge has turned dark. Is that normal?

Yes. It shows the cartridge is catching what's in your water. When it darkens noticeably, it's a good time to change it.

Why does the cartridge need changing?

The cotton fills up with what it catches, and the vitamin C and scent gels dissolve a little with every shower. After 2-3 months the gels are used up and the scent fades: that's your sign.

Where does the scent come from?

A scent gel in the cartridge releases a light fragrance into the water as it passes through. Each cartridge is one scent, so you can switch with every refill.

Can I switch scents?

Any time. Reply SWITCH to your refill reminder, or pick a new scent when you order.

Do I have to join the Refill Plan?

No. You can buy the Shower Filter once for $39 and order refills whenever you like.

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when your order arrives.

Can I send Safé as a gift?

Yes. Add a gift message at checkout and we'll include a card. Gift recipients are not enrolled in the Refill Plan automatically.
